Announcing OSG Software versions 3.2.15 and 3.1.39

We are pleased to announce OSG Software versions 3.2.15 and 3.1.39.



OSG 3.2.15 contains:

* XRootD updated to version 4.0.0

* GlideinWMS 3.2.6 (update from version 3.2.5.1)

* HTCondor CE 1.5.1 bug fix for idle jobs put on hold

* HTCondor 8.2.2 in the upcoming repository

* Patch for HTCondor 8.0.7 to fix bug with AWS EC2 integration



OSG 3.2.15 ang 3.1.39 contain:

* Update dCache SRM client to version 2.2.27

* minor fixes to the OSG PKI tools

* fix for LSF script in the blahp package
